 Paba Cosmetics ships worldwide from Canada. 

 Please allow 1-3 days for order processing.

3 to 10  business days for shipment within Canada

7 to 14 business days for international shipments (if using Canada Post Small Packet International Air; unless specified otherwise)

 *No modifications can be made to your order once orders have started to be processed.

 Pick Ups (Ontario-Canada)

Pick up is now available. Currently, pickups are only available on Saturdays between 12-2pm and will be by appointments only. Pickups will be from Ladies Love Units, located at 781 The Queensway in Etobicoke, ON. once you have completed your order, an email will be sent to you to arrange a pickup time. 

Return Policy 

Paba Cosmetics wants to ensure that all our Paba Ladies are receiving the products they ordered and will use. Your full satisfaction is our ultimate goal however if you are dissatisfied with a shade of a purchased product, you may return the product for a full refund or exchange. Should you require any assistance with shade selection, you may email (info@pabacosmetics.com) or call us and our makeup artist team can assist you.  Products purchased through our ecommerce website can be returned within 14 days of the intended received date. Sale/clearance items are not eligible to be returned.
All lip products (lipsticks, lipglosses, liquid lipsticks), pencils (lip liners, eyeliners, eyebrow pencils), eyeshadows and gels (brow fix and gel eyeliners) are final sale due to hygienic reasons.  Returns can be made via mail.  Please include your sale receipt and/or invoice with any return. Unfortunately, shipping fees for returned items are not refundable. Returns must be in their original packaging and slightly used (one use). Please note shipping cost will not be covered by Paba Cosmetics. We recommend that returns should be sent back to us through Canada Post, UPS or DHL for tracking purposes. Please repack the items you intent to return carefully to avoid damage during shipping. Please allow 3 weeks from the date we receive your package for reimbursement. If your products are damaged during the shipment process, please save the box and merchandise for courier inspection and notify us immediately by email and include your order number.
